One would think we should know by now everything about water. Water has been always a surprise for the scientists. It’s behavior always left behind more questions than answers. The usual trend in research shows no surprise but not everybody is following the same path. Many chose to study the water molecule and leaving it’s effects as a whole unexplained. Water study has been placed in shadows from public attention after the “Poly-water” scandal from the ’70s. Not many scientists came out until recent years explaining water phenomena. Who did got ridiculed and the results of their research was placed under scrutiny. Dr. Gerald Pollack from the University of Washington stood up against the tide . His research is thorough and is laid out in his latest book “The Fourth Phase Of Water”. This book is all about it’s structural effects in nature which are closely tied to our biology. If you haven’t read it yet you can watch this clip. This is starting “Hydration”a new category in this blog. This is just the beginning. These days is really difficult to keep yourself hydrated. Just drinking a lot of water is not helping anymore. Our social landscape changed so much is has become a fight to get water at the cell level.
